At your placement appointment, we extract any remaining teeth and place all the necessary implants around your jaw. Then, we’ll place a temporary denture prosthetic to keep your smile functional while your implants heal.

After a few months of healing, when your gums have settled, we will secure an abutment (or connector piece) to your implants. This component is what connects to your restoration, securing your denture in place. And after an even shorter healing time, we’ll replace your temporary teeth with your permanent denture.
