One of my favorite methods for replacing a problematic tooth is to extract it and place a temporary bridge on the same day. The good news is that most insurance policies will cover a bridge, especially when it’s associated with a tooth extraction. In fact, some insurance plans will cover a bridge even if you’re not having a tooth extracted. However, if you are having a tooth extracted and have dental insurance, we can almost always secure coverage for a significant portion of the bridge.
