It’s crucial for us to be aware of any anxiety you may have about dental care, and we place a strong emphasis on ensuring that this anxiety doesn’t prevent you from receiving the treatment you need. To help with this, we offer oral conscious sedation, which allows you to relax during your procedure. However, we understand that not everyone can afford to be sedated to the point where it affects their ability to work or go about their day.
For those situations where you’re just a little nervous and need some mild relaxation, we offer nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas. The great thing about nitrous oxide is that its effects are quickly and easily reversed. After your procedure, we’ll administer oxygen for a few minutes, and you’ll be back to normal in no time.
This means you could come in at 8 a.m. for a procedure like getting a couple of crowns, a filling, or even just a cleaning, use nitrous oxide to stay relaxed, and by the time your appointment is over, you’ll be ready to go back to work with a clear head. You won’t have to deal with any lingering effects of sedation, making it a convenient option for many of our patients.
We’re proud to offer this service on a daily basis, ensuring that anxiety doesn’t stand in the way of your dental health.
